brief
Digging into the highly complex area of human psychology, the concept of happiness holds itself to numerous interpretations begging the question, “what even is happiness and how can I achieve it?”. Research proves there are numerous theories to answer this question but I made one simplified answer in the form of a board game: Sorriso.
concept:
In Italian, sorriso means “to smile" the exact objective of the game. During gameplay, the players complete activities and read facts designed to boost positivity. They also allow players to feel an appreciation for their lives, as well as for the people around them.
Sorriso creates a well-rounded approach to happiness with four different categories of activities: mind, body, spirit, and people.
